Punctuality and Courtesy
Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, we will always attempt to complete all appointments at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied. All times stated include preparation of room and client and consultation.
Please be aware that client data will need to be captured therefore, a longer consultation will be needed if it is your first appointment at La Beautè Boutique. We require this time for you to complete a personal consultation online form, this document is 100% confidential and is used for treatment purposes only.
Please note 24 Hours’ notice is required for all cancellations/amendments. 100% of the total treatment price will be charged, if we are unable to fill the reserved treatment time.
Payment must be made for missed appointments before any future treatments will be allowed.
This will also create a lower reliability booking score for future bookings, which may result in mandatory prepayment of future bookings

In accordance to the Equality Act 2010 La Beautè Boutique will not tolerate discrimination or racism.
You will be asked to leave the premise and you will be removed from our client list

Threat or Violence
Violence or threat be it physical, written or verbal will not be tolerated.
You will be asked to leave the salon. You will be removed from La Beautè Boutique client list.
This may result in legal action
Purchase of Retail Products is available in salon
Beauty products must be paid for at time of purchase or ordering.
Prepaid Courses of Treatments must be paid prior to course commencement
A patch test requires that a small amount of product be applied to the clients skin in order to observe potential adverse reaction.
Patch Tests are required 48 hours prior to service (Minumum)
A patch test is required for all new clients. If you have not attended the salon in 6 months you will be required to undertake a new patch test.
