Hi, I’m Lacy, and welcome to La Beauté Boutique.
My journey as a therapist began in 1998 when I decided to change professions and needed a holistic qualification to meet the course criteria. Balancing life as a wife, mother, and full-time employee, I attended night school, where I first discovered my passion for beauty therapy. I chose to study Swedish body massage, and from the moment I stepped into that learning environment, I was hooked.
After completing my first year, I enrolled in Beauty Therapy Level 2, followed by Levels 3 and 4 over the next three years. With my qualifications in hand, I took a bold step and jointly purchased my first salon straight out of college.
Although I loved the challenge of owning a business, I soon realised that managing a team of experienced therapists required more expertise than I had at the time. Wanting to perfect my craft before leading others, I re-entered the world of employment. Over the years, I worked in different roles as a hands-on therapist, steadily growing in confidence. My passion for beauty therapy remained strong, but I became increasingly frustrated with the rushed treatments, corner-cutting, and shortened service times often found in salons and spas.
I envisioned something better—a place where each client felt valued, pampered, and truly relaxed. Day by day, I worked toward that vision, bringing together my years of training and experience to create La Beauté Boutique.
With 27 years of practice and 17 years as an advanced practitioner, I also have a DipHe qualification in higher education and have trained professionals for many of the world’s top beauty brands. My career has encompassed roles as a salon therapist, senior therapist, principal therapist within prestigious spa hotels, and now, proud salon owner.
I am thrilled to bring my vision to life in Whitchurch. My goal is to exceed every client’s expectation by delivering the intimacy of a boutique spa with a five-star experience. I believe that even the simplest service should leave you feeling refreshed, confident, and excited to return.
At La Beauté Boutique, we offer luxury skincare from Thalgo and Guinot, alongside Jessica natural Nail System, Geleration, Magpie, and Mii Statement Gel systems. Our services include lash and brow treatments such as LVL and HD Brow Sculpt, as well as massage, an extensive facial range, manicures, pedicures (including Callus Peel), and waxing, with a specialty in hot wax application.

CCTV & Client Safety
At La Beauté Boutique, the safety and security of our clients and staff are extremely important to us. CCTV is in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the premises for safety and security purposes.
La Beauté Boutique is the Data Controller for all CCTV recordings. Our CCTV system is operated in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and footage is stored securely for a maximum of 30 days before being automatically deleted, unless required for the investigation of an incident.
Clients have the right to request access to CCTV footage containing their personal data, subject to the requirements of applicable data protection legislation.
We understand that some treatments may require additional privacy. Where it is safe and practical to do so, CCTV cameras can be temporarily switched off during a treatment at the client's request. Please speak to your therapist before your appointment if you wish to discuss this.

We are official stockists for Thalgo and Guinot, BeautyLab, iBeauty,Lava shell, footlogix, callus peel, Jessica Nail System, Phenom, Geleration, Mii, and Magpie. We offer LVL Lash & HD Brow Sculpt treatments and all waxing. Specialising in hot wax intimate waxing.
